Our Garden

During one of Blake's final study breaks he offered to build a box for me to plant a garden! How awesome is that!?! I was super excited and we are enjoying watching our garden grow!

Sarah's Visit

Blake's cousin, Sarah, who lives in New Orleans, came to stay with us for a few days! The girls had SO much fun with her while she was here! She started feeling kind of sick so her dad and brother came to pick her up, but she was such a great helper!! She rolled the girls hair, painted their nails, played baby dolls with them, did Montana's homework with her, and read them books...just to name a few things:). Here they are doing a fashion show just before she left! Thanks Sarah for coming!!!

Spring Break!

The kids and I went to Birmingham over Montana's spring break to visit family and friends while Blake stayed in Oxford to work and study for his board exam(which is now over...woohoo!!). He did meet up with us on Thursday night at Ross Bridge where we met our wonderful friends and hung out just as we did a year ago when we all lived in Birmingham! Blake enjoyed some golf and fishing when he got there and had a nice study break:). The girls miss their friends so it was such a treat for them to play!!! I only took pics at the hotel but we stayed with Blake's brothers and their families most of the week. Grandma(Blake's mom) came to visit too and then we ended the week celebrating Barrett's 2nd birthday and Brad's 28th!

11 months!

Sad...this is the only picture of Auggie I have around his 11 month mark:(...this was just a few days before he was 11 months. It was taken over spring break when we went to Birmingham!!

Fancy Nancy

Jane O'Conner, the author of the Fancy Nancy series, visited Oxford in early March! The Oxford Ballet performed at the beginning and then the children were served pink lemonade and cupcakes...it was so cute!! Montana's teacher was there so she had fun sitting with her...and Sage just soaked it all in!

Celebrations!

Over the last month, we have celebrated these three precious lives! Montana and Sage had their official half birthdays which was special for them and an easy way to remember them as they

grow so incredibly fast!! I baked a half of cake and we sang...Happy Half-Birthday to You! The pics of Auggie are at his 10 month mark when he became fascinated with pointing:). Since then he has grown a ton(seems like) and is becoming such a big boy(11 month pics coming)!

At the end of February my sister and her kiddos, and our friend, Lynette, and her kiddos, came to Oxford for the weekend! Eight children(7 years old and under), 3 mommas, and 1 man made for a crazy, good time!!! Blake took the older kids to the playground one afternoon while the little ones napped and we(the moms) relaxed! He took some fun pics while they were playing! We did smores on the fire pit one night too! I'm so glad they made the drive!!!
