Snow Day!

 A couple weeks ago we had a fun SNOW day!  Today it was 78, though, crazy!!  There was enough snow to make a little snow-girl and for Auggie to enjoy eating as much as his little heart desired!

Duck Dynasty...sorta!

After a few unsuccessful duck hunting trips, Blake ended the season this past weekend successfully!  He and Tim went out on Saturday and we enjoyed them for dinner last night!  Tim cooked them on the grill, but first stuffed them with cream cheese and jalepenos.  They were delicious!!!

Post-Christmas Christmas

 We headed to Luling to celebrate Christmas with the Picards the weekend after Christmas.  It was a memorable one because Mikey flew home from Hawaii, for good!!

Sweet Christmas!

We had an blessed Oxford Christmas this year as all the Booths came to us since Blake was on call.  We all attended a candlelight service on Christmas Eve which so perfectly reminded me of having a heart of worship to our Savior amidst the craziness!  Blake read a book to the kiddos at bedtime and we   had a wonderful Christmas day staying cozy inside for the most part...it was a cold one!

Live Nativity

Last year we dressed up and read the Christmas story and the girls were begging to do it again...i guess it's now a tradition!  August knew something fun was going on and enjoyed being swaddled up just like baby Jesus!

 This cooooold weather does have a big benefit!  We have been drinking some of Blake's special hot cocoa and snuggling on the couch!!!
